Training after check in
Before the new employee be sent to the departments,there will be a central training.This training aim at solving the common questions, introduce our company's culture and background, the development, the rules, the task of the new employee and the basic office skills.
Technical training
According to the operation's development requirement,we will organize some employee to participate some special technical courses, improve their technical skills and following with the newest trend of the technical development.
Training aboard
We will pick some good candidates every year go to Japan and take a short career training, through face to face with the clients,they can improve their technical skills and the communication ability.
