    Graduated in Beijing University of Technology,computer science in 1983, and then as a teacher there. Senior engineer; went to Japan to get a promotion in 1986 and work in MSR,MKC which are famous IT companys in Japan; build Japan UPC Co.,Ltd in 1997, and then combined with JIT and renamed as UCI Co.,Ltd，he worked as Chairman President, in 2002 he back China and founded UPS Co.,Ltd and worked as the chairman. Cai sir has nearly twenty years Japan software industry expeirence, and in recent years, he actived in China-Japan software industry integration career.

     Xu Changhong   President

    Graduated in Beijing University of Technology,computer science in 1983, and then as a teacher there.；went to Japan to get a promotion in 1987 and then work in MKC, DIR which are famous IT companys in Japan，she is the leader of many projects；build Japan UPC Co.,Ltd in 1997 together with Cai sir. In 2002 he participated in the foundation of UPS Co.,Ltd and then back to China and control the management of the company.Ms Xu has nearly twenty years Japan software management experience.
